$45 per 4 hours
(Monday to Friday 10 am - 2pm or 2 pm - 6pm)

Evening/Weekend Rehearsals
$90 per 4 hours
(Monday to Friday  6pm - 10pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am - 2pm,  2pm - 6pm  or 6pm - 10 pm)

Readings & Workshops
$100 per night
(with audience and/or light board use)

Off Night & Late Night Shows
$150 per night

Weekly Rentals
$1,300 per week for a four show week.
(Additional shows extra)
